All mail order ticket requests must be submitted at least 14 days in
advance of performance date.
TICKET POLICY
Tickets are subject to availability; all sales are
final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Tickets cannot be held without
payment. The management reserves the right to make substitutions in
attractions, to reschedule performance dates, and to refuse admission due
to disruptive behavior. Management also reserves the right to ask parents
to remove children to the lobby if their actions are disruptive. Children
must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Tickets required for all
patrons regardless of age.
AUDITORIUM ACCESSIBILITY
Elevators serving the mezzanine are available for the
handicapped. Wheelchair locations and companion seats are available on the
main floor (please request when purchasing tickets). Handicapped parking
is located near the building. Assistive listening devices are also
available upon request.
