How to Determine Your User ID

1. On the WebAdvisor main page click on Account Information.
2. Click on What's My User ID.
3. On the What's My User ID page, enter your Last Name and either your social security number OR your Colleague Student Identification number and click SUBMIT.
   

4. WebAdvisor will retrieve your ID and display it for you.

5. If WebAdvisor is unable to locate your ID, you will receive the following error:

With the information you provided we could not uniquely indentify you. Please check the data you entered.

If you receive the above error, it's the result of one of the following:

• Your WebAdvisor account has not yet been created

• You did not provide your social security number on your admissions application

• There was a typo when you entered your information
