PTK Honor Society establishes Scholarship 

Halifax Community College's Alpha Eta Phi chapter of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Honor Society announced a newly established scholarship recently. This marked the first ever for the honor society at HCC. The scholarship will recognize and promote academic achievement for a PTK student enrolled at HCC. Selection criteria includes maintaining a 3.5 grade point average, actively participating in the chapter, providing recommendation letters recognizing citizenship qualities and community involvement, enrollment in a degree program and demonstration of financial need.
