Institutional Effectiveness & Planning

We are in the process of updating the HCC 2009-2013 Institutional Goals & Objectives, Mission, Vision, and Value statements for the 2013-2017 period. The two modified draft documents for the 2013-2017 were executed by the Institutional Effectiveness and Planning Committee in February, 2012, and are posted on the links above for your review and feedback/suggestion.

In addition, we are also in the process of updating our Strategic Plan. The summary results of the internal and external SWOT analyses carried out in 2009/2010 are also posted for your review and feedback/suggestion. The Regional information (2010-2015 projection of jobs) is also posted.
