• Transfer Information

All P.R.I.D.E. participants are encouraged to remain at HCC until they have earned one or more degrees. This page is designed to assist students who complete all graduation requirements and are interested in attending a 4-year institution with navigating the transfer process.

All P.R.I.D.E. students must complete a graduation plan with their learning coach during the initial enrollment in the program. The graduation plan includes developing an academic plan for each student to follow while at HCC. With this process, students are able to monitor their progress semester by semester to assists with planning for education after graduating from HCC.
