Joseph Floyd (pictured below) attended the Exodus for Youth, Inc. monthly meeting. Exodus is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives and futures of youth in Bertie, Halifax, Hertford and Northampton counties. Brian Morings, NC Juvenile Court Counselor was the speaker.

 
 

Andre Anglin (pictured below), along with Dr. Griffin, HCC President and Daniel Lovett, represented P.R.I.D.E. at the NC Community College Male Mentoring Forum. Anglin discussed the benefits of P.R.I.D.E.’s programs, travel opportunities, services, and workship experiences.

 
 

Exodus for Youth Day at Edward’s Beach
The men of P.R.I.D.E. (pictured below) attended the Exodus for Youth Day event at Edward’s Beach. P.R.I.D.E. was invited by Judge Kwasikpui, a member of the program’s Community Advisory Committee.   The men participated in boat rides, horseshoes, basketball, an old fashion Bar-B-Q, and met prominent individuals in the community.
