Return/Refund Policy

No refund will be given without a cash register receipt. Books should be returned within the first week of class and in the same condition as when purchased to receive a 100% refund.

Any book accompanied with software or CDs must be in original condition. Any books returned to the bookstore after the first week of class will be subject to regular buy-back procedure. New books found to be defective when purchased will be replaced by the publisher. Do not make marks or soil your books, until you are sure you will need them.

DO NOT REMOVE SHRINK-WRAP FROM BOOKS until you are sure you will remain in the class. Books cannot be returned for credit or refund once the shrink-wrap has been removed.
