Documentation of Prior Enrollment in an ADA Accredited Dental Hygiene

Remember:
For an application to be
considered complete the HCC
Admissions Office must receive the above documentation no later than
5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 1, 2010.
The only exception is the
results of the TEAS exam administered after deadline.
