To submit an application electronically, click HERE. Print the confirmation for your records and take it with you to the Bookstore when you order your cap and gown. Please read carefully before you submit your application.

Graduation Requirements:

• You are required to meet with your advisor and attach an updated copy of the advisor’s check sheet to your application (with your name, ID #, advisor’s signature and date).
• Successful completion of all course requirements for the student’s selected curriculum is required with the following stipulations:
  • At least 25% of curriculum course requirements must be completed at HCC..
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00 (“C”) must be attained for the required course work.
  • All financial obligations must be met (library, business office, etc.).
  • The cost of graduation for curriculum students is covered in student fees;

GED STUDENTS desiring to participate in the commencement ceremony must pay the actual cost of their cap and gown ($30.00). This must be paid to the Cashier at the time you apply for graduation.

To graduate this May, you must complete ALL program requirements BY THE END OF SPRING TERM. CAP AND GOWN ORDERS!!!!!! All students are encouraged to participate in commencement ceremonies. ALL STUDENTS PARTICIPATING MUST PLACE AN ORDER FOR A CAP AND GOWN. CAPS AND GOWNS ARE ORDERED THROUGH THE BOOKSTORE. YOU MUST TAKE A COPY OF THIS APPLICATION WITH YOU WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR CAP AND GOWN ORDER. All cap and gown orders must be placed NO LATER THAN MONDAY, APRIL 2, 2012.
