The Roanoke Rapids chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa, a
national educational sorority, recently donated two new copies of the
Harry Potter series to the Halifax Community College library. The popular
children’s books were presented to honor the HCC student Association for
the Education of Young Children (AEYC) – the student teachers’
organization at the Halifax Community College campus.
The Harry Potter series is a popular item in the
library, and many Harry Potter devotees are anxiously awaiting the movie
version due out later this month.
