100% Compliance for Child Care Center

The Halifax Community College Child Care Center was recently visited by the N. C. Division of Child Development's state consultant, who found the center in 100% compliance with the rules and regulations set forth by the state of North Carolina. There were no violations noted. This is the fifth year the Child Care Center has been in operation, and the fifth year of receiving 100% compliance.

Each year the center receive an unannounced visit from the N. C. Division of Child Development to make sure that the center is operating within the state's guidelines. Susan Suiter, Director of the Child Care Center stated, "this marks our fifth year of receiving 100% compliance, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff for the outstanding job they perform each day."
