HCC offers Effective Teacher Training Classes in July

WELDON, N.C. - Halifax Community College will offer three “Effective Teacher Training” classes at the Weldon campus in Building 500, Room 505. The first class will be held from 9 a.m.-noon, Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Wednesdays from July 13-22. The second class will be held from 5-8 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays, July 20-Aug. 12. The third class will be held from 9 a.m.-noon, Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Wednesdays from July 27-Aug. 12. Cost is $65 for each class.

The class is designed for substitute, pre-service and in-service teachers. Activities are designed to enable educators to effectively integrate research and practice.
