HCC Interior Design hosts Color Seminar
Halifax Community College’s Interior Design program recently
hosted a four-hour, in-depth seminar on “We Make Color
Easy,” a division of Dewey Color System by The Designing
Doctor, LLC Margi Kyle. Having taught interior design for 39
years, Kyle is a spokesperson for Hunter Douglas, “We Make
Color Easy,” and the Interior Design Society.
The course helped attendees learn how to visually identify
every color hue and undertone within a 10-second time
period. It was open to instructors, graduates and students
of the Interior Design and Advertising & Graphic Design
programs.

Halifax Community College’s Interior Design program recently
hosted a four-hour, in-depth color seminar. Those in
attendance were from left, adjunct instructor Teresa
Roberts, student Jen Wesner, adjunct instructor Paula Miles,
students Tim Archer and Kim Gallien, adjunct instructor Clif
Jones, students Kendrell Arrington and Mary Eastep,
presenter Margi Kyle, students Page Clary, Rhonda Casper and
Alice Vaughan, Interior Design department head/instructor.
