Student Services holds HCC 2010 Open House

Halifax Community College’s Student Services Division held an open house Apr. 20 in The Centre. The event highlighted recent innovations in a variety of areas. Faculty and staff were on hand to discuss offerings in the academic schools, Continuing Education & Community Services, admissions and free student G-mail accounts, careers, financial aid, PRIDE male mentoring, Women of Excellence, disability services and counseling, Student Support Services, JobLink and 12-in-6 programs. Tours were also provided in several locations. Here, a Cosmetology student gives attendees a demonstration.
