HCC TO OFFER EARLY REGISTRATION FOR SPRING SEMESTER 2008

Early registration for Spring 2008 courses will be underway at Halifax Community College (HCC), Thursday, Dec. 6 from 9:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Individuals interested in attending spring classes should follow these steps:

1. Complete an admissions application
2. Take a quick placement test
3. See a financial aid counselor
4. Meet with your advisor

(Bring all transcripts of previous academic work and high school. A copy of your Social Security card is required.)

HCC Continuing Education will also offer a number of spring courses. These are designed to help individuals with job advancement, personal enrichment, or just for fun. Classes include those in occupational extension, computers, Small Business Center, Business & Industry Services, teacher renewal, special interests, human resource development, emergency medical services, fire service, law enforcement, Ed2Go online courses, and Adult Basic Education/General Educational Development.
