Interior Design Students visit Furniture Market

Halifax Community College
Interior Design students visited the High Point Market, the
world’s home for home furnishings, earlier this month.
Students viewed features including lighting, fabrics, rugs,
furniture and accessories. They also had an opportunity to
attend two educational events, “Color. It’s What We Do”
sponsored by Sherwin Williams and “Turnkey Tactics for
Today’s Modern Tween/Teen” presented by Trading Spaces
designer Edward Walker. Pictured are, from left, student
