My philosophy of education

Education is an active process, involving interaction and relationship between the faculty facilitator and the student. The student is responsible for preparing for class, participating in learning activities, and consulting with the instructor when educational goals are not being met. The faculty facilitator is responsible for being prepared to teach the subject matter, making every effort to consider students? various learning styles and providing a variety of instructional methods to accommodate a variety of learning styles. The faculty is responsible for maintaining competency in education through professional development activities and higher education.

Currently teach in the classroom as well as clinical instruction.
