Educational Philosophy
Physical education, health and wellness, and your
overall quality of life, are more than just classes you can take in
college. So with this in
mind, it is important that the student in any PE/Health class is given the
opportunity to learn, process and develop information and skills that can
be used as part of a lifetime wellness plan.
The instructor must facilitate learning so that the student can
think independently and purposefully, while developing the knowledge to
incorporate the information into their daily lives.
