Educational philosophy:
My philosophy of education is that I believe that every person has the
ability to learn if he/she is placed in the correct educational
environment. One must realize
that individual's progress at different rates of speed in the learning
process therefore educators must vary instructional teaching methods to
ensure that all students are successful.
The educator must also be familiar with learning styles and provide
instruction geared toward all types of learning styles, to include the
auditory, visual and kinetic learner.
Most of all, the educator must have genuine concern of all mankind
that comes from the heart.
Personal advancement and career advancement cannot be the reasons that
educators teach. There must
be a real love for the art of shaping minds that will lead for future
generations. Research has
shown that students usually excel when they believe that the educators
truly believe in their total well-being.
In summation, I believe that all students, regardless of age, race
or gender can succeed if placed in the right educational environment with
an educator who understands educational progress.
