Ed has been with Halifax
since Sept. 11, 1989 serving with Con Ed and the Criminal Justice Dept.
teaching both Fire Service and Criminal Justice. He is now Asst. Director
for the B.L.E.T. academy.
Ed Retired from the Baltimore
Co. Maryland Police Dept with the rank of Lieutenant after 20 plus years.
Where he served in uniformed patrol, traffic Sgt., Records, and
Communications.
Ed is co-author of a book on Fire Investigation, titled Accidental or
Incendary, Charles Thomas publisher.
He has served in the Fire Service since 1953 starting in Rosedale
Maryland and now as Deputy
Chief of the Gaston NC Fire/Rescue Dept.
Ed is certified by the State Of North Carolina as an Instructor for
Criminal Justice, Dept of Corrections and the Fire Service.
