Educational philosophy:

I believe that a student can succeed if they try hard and give their absolute best.  To be successful at nursing the student must possess critical thinking skills, be caring, passionate about nursing and dedicated to the task they are about to undertake.  I believe it is my job, as an instructor to facilitate the student to learn, by supplying knowledge, skills, motivation and being a role model.
