HCC OFFERS UPCOMING BASIC COMPUTER CLASSES

Halifax Community College will offer several computer classes, starting in May. Pre-registration is required for all courses.

“Computer Understanding: I Know Nothing about Computers” will be held from 5:30-8:30 p.m., Thursdays, May 15-June 19, in Building 500, Room 505. It is also slated to run 1:00-4:00 p.m., Wednesdays, May 28-July 2 at the Enfield campus, and 1:00-4:00 p.m., Wednesdays, May 21-June 25 at the Scotland Neck campus.

“Introduction to the Internet” will run from 9:00 a.m.-12:00, Wednesdays, May 14-June 18, Room 505.

“Windows Vista” is slated from 9:00 a.m.-12:00, Thursdays, May 15-June 19, Room 505.

“Creating Spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel” will be offered from 1:00-4:00 p.m., Tuesdays, May 13-June 17 at the Littleton campus.
