Mission

The Centre’s mission is to continue to enhance the history & legacy of Halifax Community College and to contribute to the welfare of the people of the Roanoke Valley. The Centre will strive to develop programming through various programming series. Our goal is to create an attractive schedule of concerts, performances, educational programming and activities for audiences of all ages.  

 Vision

The Centre at Halifax Community College strives to serve the college community and the Roanoke Valley as a venue for educational & cultural programming; economic development & community activities. The Centre serves as a venue for entertainment, concerts & performances; a meeting place for the college, the surrounding school systems, local businesses, churches, social groups, civic, state and government officials as well as a venue for private functions to include dances, banquets, parties, weddings, receptions and the like.
