Retractable House Seating

House Capacity 1441 seat auditorium – 451 stationary seats/ 990 retractable seats The multi-purpose area that can hold up to 588 chairs with different variations of round and rectangular tables. Gallery space holds 500 guests (SRO) or 100 guests with variations of table and chair set-up, dance area, concession area, coat check, and restrooms at both ends of lobby/gallery area.

Loading Facilities

• 51'-2” wide x 60'-0” deep adjacent to behind stage right and accessed by 12'-0” high x 8'-0” wide roll up door.

  Dock is at grade with a 32' long ramp 11' from the roll up door. The ramp is 8' wide and 46” tall.

• Access to stage right, through scene shop, isolated by 14'-0” high x 8'-1” wide roll up door.
• BUS PARKING: Parking available at curbside near stage door adjacent to loading dock.
• A side entrance 9'-10” wide x 11'-4” high is available that opens into the auditorium/house left. 
• Parking is available at curbside near stage door adjacent to loading dock.
